With his permission I am pasting it here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;I\u2019ve now basically recovered from what I believe (it\u2019s impossible to get a test) to have been a COVID19 infection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Just so you know what you have to look forward to in the future, I kept a brief symptoms diary:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Day 1<\/strong>: &nbsp; Very slight ache in joints<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Day 2<\/strong>: &nbsp; Asymptomatic<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Day 3<\/strong>: &nbsp; Tired, lethargic, dizzy, and out of breath<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Day 4<\/strong>: &nbsp; Reduced symptoms compared to day 3. Started to assume it was getting better.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Day 5<\/strong>: &nbsp; Morning felt almost fine. Then afternoon: Very tired, very out of breath, heart palpitations, Mild temperature = 37.5C<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Day 6<\/strong>: &nbsp; Reduced symptoms compared to day 5, but still very tired and dizzy. New symptom: a chest pain \u2013 like a claw embedded in the chest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Day 7<\/strong>: &nbsp; Similar to day 6, but also developed an occasional dry cough<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Day 8<\/strong>: &nbsp; Much worse &#8211; extremely tired, very out of breath. Climbing the stairs felt like climbing Everest. Feeling like very bad high-altitude sickness. A feeling of nausea (just like bad high-altitude sickness)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Day 9<\/strong>: &nbsp; Similar to day 8<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Day 10<\/strong>: Starting to get better similar to day 5<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Day 11<\/strong>: Starting to feel much better. Can ascend stairs without getting out of breath.
