About me

I’m a female theoretical / computational physicist working in condensed matter.

In my group we employ a mix of fundamental theory and simulation to study semiconductors. We have an in-house developed Monte-Carlo code that allows us to simulate the transport properties of semiconductors and also devices.

We are particularly interested in the physical consequences of aggressive scaling of devices i.e. when quantum effects begin to dominate the properties. This work covers nanoscale transistors and nanoparticles.
