I originally set up this blog to document a teaching fellowship I undertook in 2005, but the title of the blog is still very pertinent to my practice. The image above is a small record of a wonderful day out myself and my first year teaching colleagues undertook yesterday. On our way around from Tynemouth to North Shields I spotted some Sea Buckthorn growing in abundance at the side of the walkway. This delicious orange berry has many health giving properties, alas we were not equipped for foraging… another time my zesty orange berries!
