Groundswell – Newcastle Voices Participation Toolkit
The Newcastle Voices Toolkit offers guidance to commissioners and providers on potential
mechanisms that can be used in creating meaningful service user participation in the review
process and decision-making about homeless services in Newcastle. The toolkit is based on suggestions, commitments and good practice from all those who participated in this project.
