Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is a simple way to make your University login more secure and keep your personal information safe. It requires an extra step when you log in to some online services. This may be a mobile app notification or a code; just like online banking.

The Azure Information Protection client for Windows helps you keep important documents and emails safe from people who shouldn’t see them, even if your email is forwarded or your document is saved to another location. You can also use this client to open documents that other people have protected by using the Rights Management protection technology from Azure Information Protection.

This course provides an overview of the UK General Data Protection Regulation ( UK GDPR). The UK GDPR, in conjunction with the Data Protection Act 2018, sets out the principles that organisations must follow when dealing with information about living identifiable individuals, as well as the rights those individuals have.
