Guest access in Teams

With guest access, you can provide access to teams, documents in channels, resources, chats, and applications to people outside of the University, while maintaining control over your data. For example, guests may include partners, research groups, suppliers, or consultants. Anyone who is not part of the University can be added as a guest in Teams. This means that anyone with an email account can participate as a guest in Teams, with access to teams and channel experiences.
