EndNote X5 has now been installed on RAS. Users of EndNote X4 should notice only minor differences.
Details of the changes in EndNote X5 can be found on the EndNote web site:

ISS has also upgraded to Office 2010 on RAS. This has been tested with EndNote X5 and no problems were found.
However, if you do have any problems using EndNote X5 please contact lib-endnotehelp@ncl.ac.uk
