This is because IE blocks the site &#8211; look carefully and you&#8217;ll see an extra bar has appeared near the top of the screen which says &#8220;IE has blocked this site from downloading files to your computer&#8221; Click for Options and choose &#8220;Download the file&#8221;. Then you have to repeat your search. This doesn&#8217;t happen using the Firefox browser.
