I don&#8217;t know why it is happening and I have asked ISS to look at it for us. However, I have discovered that if you keep clicking ok every time the &#8220;invalid argument&#8221; box pops up, you can eventually change the folder location from W to H. I kept persevering and managing to get one step further after several &#8220;invalid argument&#8221; messages each time. The last step I actually had to highlight a style in my H styles folder in order for it to work, but it did work.<\/p>\n<p>Postscript<br \/>\nISS have looked into this problem for us and are not able to resolve it because &#8220;Endnote is not supported on a Terminal Server as the software vendor cannot be sure it will work as required&#8221; So the fact that it&#8217;s working at all is a bonus!
