There seem to be some problems changing folder locations when using Endnote in RAS; an “invalid argument” box keeps popping up. I don’t know why it is happening and I have asked ISS to look at it for us. However, I have discovered that if you keep clicking ok every time the “invalid argument” box pops up, you can eventually change the folder location from W to H. I kept persevering and managing to get one step further after several “invalid argument” messages each time. The last step I actually had to highlight a style in my H styles folder in order for it to work, but it did work.<\/p>\n

\nISS have looked into this problem for us and are not able to resolve it because “Endnote is not supported on a Terminal Server as the software vendor cannot be sure it will work as required” So the fact that it’s working at all is a bonus!
