This initiative builds on the research project \u2018<a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.ncl.ac.uk\/faworkshops\/\">Dirty Practice\u2019<\/a>, an annual residency and research project initiated by Ayliffe and Mieves in 2015.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Questions\/Themes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What is the situation now:<\/strong>&nbsp;To what extent has the pandemic impacted on the understanding of the art school studio space and the separation of private and institutional spaces?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Role of Practice:<\/strong>&nbsp;Does \u2018blended making\u2019 and remote working mean an extradition of practice from the institution?
