The working situation from home result in a&nbsp;&nbsp;drastic breach of traditional structures of production and the separation of&nbsp;&nbsp;private and intuitional spaces.&nbsp;&nbsp;Paul B. Preciado&nbsp;states that during the pandemic&nbsp;&nbsp;\u2018we are no longer regulated solely by their passage through disciplinary institutions (school, factory, barracks, hospital, etc.)[\u2026]\u2019<a href=\"\/\/1BBD9C0E-67A9-45FB-9315-F30C4395142C#_ftn2\"><sup>[2]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a result of the current pandemic, galleries and art institutions&nbsp;&nbsp;\u2018secretly rejoice\u2019 under the use of online viewing spaces and the fact that&nbsp;&nbsp;\u2018spaces are sanitized beyond the wildest dreams of any white cube\u2019&nbsp;<a href=\"\/\/1BBD9C0E-67A9-45FB-9315-F30C4395142C#_ftn3\"><sup>[3]<\/sup><\/a>&nbsp;Universities have been quick to take up online learning with the often repeated notion \u2013 that after all this is over we will maintain some of the online practices learnt. As art schools we have to both warn against this extradition of practice from the institution whilst we begin to understand what \u2018blended making\u2019 might be and how practice skills and experiential learning can be delivered in this environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While Dirty Practice actively encourages a revision of practices and understanding of \u2018messy spaces\u2019, the omnipresence of&nbsp;<em>homeworking,<\/em>&nbsp;as one of the key features in recent months, changes also the interaction with students in zoom tutorials.
