This Forum and blog is a designated space for talking about time-based practice. The sessions will be facilitated by Giles Bailey. We will share practical insights into making work, but also begin a conversation around moving image and performance with the hope of building a strong, supportive community across the department.
They can be technically daunting and potentially scary ways of working, but we assure you these will be friendly introductions for any of you keen to find out more about new approaches and exchanging ideas.
This semester we will focus on Performance.
The forums will run as practical workshops that explore approaches to making live work. Each session will be made up of exercises, sharing and discussion. They are open to all. No experience of performance making is necessary.
