{"id":1631,"date":"2021-10-27T20:59:46","date_gmt":"2021-10-27T19:59:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.ncl.ac.uk\/fineartcommunityboard\/?p=1631"},"modified":"2021-11-26T13:51:32","modified_gmt":"2021-11-26T13:51:32","slug":"green-finger-forum","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.ncl.ac.uk\/fineartcommunityboard\/2021\/10\/27\/green-finger-forum\/","title":{"rendered":"GREEN FINGER FORUM"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sabina Sallis and Irene Brown are heading up the&nbsp;GREEN&nbsp;FINGER FORUM where those interested in organic gardening,&nbsp;green&nbsp;issues and art can get together. &nbsp;The forum is centred on reclaiming a very neglected garden&nbsp;at the back of two buildings on Windsor Terrace and using it to grow vegetables and other plants in the coming year.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>The forum will be very hands on \u2013 lots of building, digging, weeding, planting and watering etc.&nbsp; We will be running workshops on gardening but also on other related topics and inviting guests to give talks and specialist workshops.&nbsp; We will also be cooking vegetables and eating together &#8211; yummy!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So if you are interested but want to find out more \u2013 why not come help us cook and eat some pumpkin soup and devise a cunning plan?&nbsp;<strong>12-2pm Tuesday 26<sup class=\"\">th<\/sup>&nbsp;October at 14-15 Windsor Terrace.&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;Just go to the Robinson Library entrance and walk down the cobbled back lane and look for a poster on one of the back garden Gates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Get in touch!
