Newcastle University Postcard Auction 2021<\/strong>
Friday 26th November <\/strong>
Silent Auction Begins 5pm – Long Gallery, Fine Art Building <\/strong>
Live Auction Begins 6pm – Fine Art Building <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thank you for all your amazing submissions, as anyone who has walked through the long gallery will have noticed, the postcard auction is shaping up and we are so excited to officially invite you all to this year’s Fine Art Department Postcard Auction!  <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

This is a special year for the auction, making a return after Covid disruption, we invite you to join the us for an evening of celebration and fundraising for the 2022 Degree shows.
Taking place, T<\/strong>his Friday 26th November at 5pm in the Long Gallery, Fine Art Building, <\/strong>The Postcard Auction is an art auction organised by fourth year students. The evening begins with a silent auction accompanied by live music and a bar (!) and will move on to a live auction from 6pm hosted by John Anderson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year we have a fantastic line-up of work. Alongside prints, painting, drawing, sculpture, and photography from all years of the degree course and MA, There is a large amount of work by alumni and tutors for sale, (THANKYOU!!!!!) alongside pieces by renowned artists such as Antony Gormley and B. Wurtz.
