Hello, I’m Imogen, and I specialise in the digital and painting mediums. I am currently based in Cardiff, where I am continuing to develop on my practice and in particular, my fantastical world, Oinkling. I am working on a new large digital, ‘Sweetgum’, set in Oinkling, which explores my interests on specific contemporary issues and art history. Furthermore, I am painting a section of ‘Smoke and Mirrors’, and experimenting with animation – Check out some of my animated works in progress on Instagram! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

JEN BANFIELD <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

My artistic practice is based in photography and printmaking exploring the ‘Underground Landscape’. In these difficult circumstances I have returned to other creative interests including crafts and bookmaking.  I have launched an Etsy shop titled ‘Black Cat Books Crafts’<\/em>, where I am selling handmade sketchbooks and Christmas Crafts.

I specialise in Coptic bound books with clothbound covers, as artist’s books and sketchbooks. This style of book is ideal as a sketchbook due to its ability to open out flat for sketching. My recent books upcycle vintage postcards into practical sketchbook\/notebooks, each of which is a unique product.

I am also available for commissions for artwork, books or crafts. Examples of my artwork are available on Instagram @jen_print . I am happy to make custom products on request so please get in contact on my Instagram or Etsy.

Having to make work from a bedroom rather than a studio has really encouraged me to adapt and re-learn how to use my favourite mediums in a way that suits. Since graduating, Ben Spargo has continued to create artwork. He has developed his sculptural skills, alongside experimenting with a medium that he enjoyed using before his time at Newcastle University – spray painting. His most recent works are results of experiments combining both his love for spray paint and his ceramic sculptures. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
