The blog is now a year old! It’s been fantastic to see our readership grow over the year, and we hope you have enjoyed learning more about the work we do in FMS TEL, and have found our tips, resources and events useful and enjoyable. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2021 Posts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We have covered the introduction of new software such as H5P<\/a> and Inspera<\/a>. We have also posted a range of teaching and learning case studies such as using Zoom for online teaching<\/a>, using online tools to generate discussion<\/a>, and build community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Animation\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

We have highlighted specialist work within the FMS TEL team, such as graphic design<\/a>, animation<\/a>, video editing<\/a> and 3D imaging<\/a>, as well as covering specialist software<\/a> and accessibility<\/a>. Hybrid teaching<\/a> and blended working<\/a> have also been important topics this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Issues of data privacy<\/a>, confidentiality<\/a> and copyright<\/a> have been covered, we have adapted many courses to new online formats<\/a>, and converted face-to-face teaching to interactive online resources<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

We have shared many tips on how to quickly achieve complex-seeming tasks, such as removing the date from a screen cast<\/a>, and creating your own gifs from videos<\/a>. We have also shared even more guides in the FMS TEL Community on Canvas<\/a> and the MLE<\/a>, and our webinars<\/a> and Conference<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
