…I have just completed the last assignment for my degree. 3000 words on ‘archaeology vs literary sources’ needs to be posted off tomorrow. Then, I can chill out for a week before I begin revising for the exam in October.

So…if you’ll excuse me, there is a bottle of wine and a bar of Galaxy, Fruit & Hazelnut with my name on it!

Busy day today – school until lunchtime then I went over to Gateshead to help Michy move house. The rain never stopped so we were absolutely SOAKED through, but we got a hell of a lot shifted; just her big stuff to be moved when she gets a “man in a van” on Tuesday.

Home now, there’s something wonderful about a hot bath, cosy jimjams and a bottle of wine to make you forget you spent all afternoon in the rain.

Good News:
Just had a 7-hour lunch in the Slug & Lettuce on the Quayside – scrummy food, lots of wine and a damn good laugh. I love catching up with old friends. 😀

Bad News:
Back to work after a week off, tomorrow.

[which may not have scaled quite the same heights as Blackadder but was a deserved success]

…is due for release on R2 DVD on 25th September – yey!
