I’m studying Mechanical Engineering at Newcastle University (by some miracle) and am currently in stage 0, a foundation year. At A-Level I studied Chemistry, Physics and Design Technology. Design Technology was my strong point as i was allowed space to be creative and figure our for myself how things had to work.

Finding out how things work have always been a passion of mine, and hopefully in the future I will be able to work in either sustainable energy or in the automotive industry. I enjoy problems where I have to test and adjust my designs to finally get things to work. Because of this I am used to working in teams to find a solution, for example I am part of an endurance racing team that races Post Classic Motorbikes. In this team everyone is a vital member in our battle to reduce the time it takes to complete a lap of the track while also being as safe as possible.

(Image) My Personal Image

Hi, I’m Georgia Hill.
