The Newcastle Gateshead Initiative has arranged special room rates at hotels in the city, which can be accessed via the special conference accommodation site they have provided, at the link and booking button below. Five hotels in the city centre are currently available there.

The University’s Armstrong Building (the primary conference location) is located near Haymarket Metro station, and approximately a 20 minute walk from the central rail station and town centre, where many hotels are located.
It is a 25-30minute walk to the Jesmond neighbourhood, which has plenty of hotels from budget accommodation to higher end, and can also be reached easily by Metro (one stop to Jesmond, two stops to West Jesmond).
