In some circumstances, a student will be ready to submit their postgraduate thesis before the minimum term of candidature has been met.
What counts as early submission?
If the student has begun the semester in which they are due to submit their thesis, then no concession is necessary and the submission can take place without further ado. Earlier than that, and it is an early submission.
What is the early submission process?
If a student wishes to make and early submission, then a concession from the Dean is needed. Complete the PGR Early Submission Form and submit it to us in ICM.
Am I excused from paying fees?
No. An early submission does not mean that tuition fees are not payable. If the request is approved, the candidate will still be liable for the applicable fees for the full minimum period of study.
