Researchers altogether ICM (RealICM) is a research staff group set up to represent all research staff within the ICM, including research associates, research assistants, technicians and clinical fellows.
The aim of the group is to provide an interactive environment through peer organised research events such as seminars, workshops and social events. Through interaction and discussion of issues important to ICM research staff they hope to guide the ICM management regarding the specific development needs of all research staff members.
Every year RealICM and prICM co-host a number of (social) events such as the annual Christmas jumper day.
