This includes hotel accommodation for the examiner up to \u00a390\/night, the rest can be used to cover actual travel.<\/p>\n<h3>How do I apply for travel cost reimbursement?<\/h3>\n<p>When the graduate school sends off the thesis and paperwork for a student&#8217;s examination, one of the forms you&#8217;ll receive is the &#8220;external examiner&#8217;s expenses reclaim form&#8221; which you&#8217;ll have to complete, sign and return to the graduate school.
