If it&#8217;s awarded, you&#8217;ll need to complete your proposed activities by the time your main grant ends.<\/p>\n<p>New applicants\u00a0\u2013\u00a0can apply for enrichment funding at any point during your main funding application, but Wellcome will only consider the enrichment funding application once your main grant has been awarded.<\/p>\n<p>Each enrichment award has its own funding level:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>public engagement<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0up to \u00a3250,000, or 5% of your main Wellcome grant<\/li>\n<li><strong>open research<\/strong> \u2013 up to \u00a350,000<\/li>\n<li><strong>diversity and inclusion<\/strong> \u2013 up to \u00a320,000.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The majority of current funding schemes are eligible for Research Enrichment funding.
