All users will have general access to common space on campus.<\/p>\n<p>You can log onto the booking system using your campus ID and password.<\/p>\n<p>Room bookings between 5th September 2016 and 3rd September 2017 at <strong>https:\/\/timetableservices.ncl.ac.uk\/webroombooking2016<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Requesting additional room booking permissions<\/h2>\n<p>Completing the room bookings\u00a0request additional permissions form. We may need your\u00a0line manager or head of service\u00a0to authorise this.<\/p>\n<h2>Room booking requests by email and phone<\/h2>\n<p>Room booking requests not possible using the web room booking system should be emailed to Room-bookings@ncl.ac.uk. If your request is urgent, please call us on 0191 208 5451 (08.30 to 17.00 Monday to Friday).<\/p>\n<h2>Teaching rooms<\/h2>\n<p>Room bookings in teaching rooms during teaching hours, are not possible until the academic timetable is published in September.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Book a room using our web booking system.
