Instructions for in-person registration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Payments for in-person registration are being handled via Newcastle University’s WebStore. To register, please click here<\/a> and select the appropriate option based on whether: (i) You are a registered student at Newcastle or Northumbria Universities; (ii) You are or are not an ISLE member (see here<\/a>) and (ii) You are registering before 12th<\/sup> May (i.e. qualifying for the Early Bird Rate) or after 12th<\/sup> May.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For reference, the full set of in-person registration rates are laid out in the table below. Prices at Newcastle University\u2019s WebStore are only offered in GBP<\/strong>, so please be aware that conversions will take place when payment is made. This may involve additional handling fees, depending on your bank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accommodation arrangements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Attendees will have access to the reduced accommodation rate offered to the University at the County Hotel<\/a>. Single occupancy rooms are offered at \u00a367 per night from the night of Sunday 3rd to Thursday 7th July. Outside of these days the regular hotel rate will apply. Please note that if you wish to stay on Friday 8th and\/or Saturday 9th July the hotel will be able to advise the rate per night. To make a reservation during your time in Newcastle for the ISLE Summer School, please send an e-mail to reservations@countyhotel.co.uk<\/a> or telephone 0191 731 6670, referencing Newcastle University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Attendees can also book accommodation at Northumbria University at a rate of \u00a335 per room per night, based on a 4-night minimum stay. The rooms are available at the Claude Gibb accommodation on a room-only basis. All rooms in Claude Gibb are very spacious and have single beds with a wash basin. Shower\/toilet facilities are shared with other guests on the same corridor. If you would like to book accommodation at Northumbria University, please click here<\/a>. Please note that a full payment is required to secure the booking. Bookings can be cancelled up to 4 weeks prior to the move in date to receive a full refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
