{"id":138,"date":"2013-05-30T08:10:40","date_gmt":"2013-05-30T07:10:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.ncl.ac.uk\/itsm\/?p=138"},"modified":"2016-02-10T09:13:08","modified_gmt":"2016-02-10T09:13:08","slug":"release-notes-30-05-2013","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.ncl.ac.uk\/itsm\/2013\/05\/30\/release-notes-30-05-2013\/","title":{"rendered":"Release notes 30-05-2013"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The following issues have been addressed in the update deployed on 30th May 2013:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Right click to complete a task has been disabled<\/li>\n<li>Ability to complete a task that is assigned to someone else has been removed<\/li>\n<li>Dashboard queries:<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>In \u201cMy Open Tickets\u201d, \u201cMy Team\u2019s Unassigned Tickets\u201d and in \u201cAll Open Tickets For My Team\u201d the \u201cTicket ID\u201d has been renamed to \u201cID\u201d throughout\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>In the \u201cMy Open Tickets\u201d and \u201cMy Team\u2019s Unassigned Tickets\u201d lists, the &#8220;location&#8221; column is now\u00a0labelled \u201cLocation\u201d<\/li>\n<li>The refresh on the Dashboard is set to 5 minutes.
