Please see the instructions below.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Scenario 1 (Sending an attachment to a Support Group)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>From within the ticket select \u201cAdd Attachment\u201d within Actions<\/li>\n<li>Give the attachment a title<\/li>\n<li>Browse the file that you would like to attach<\/li>\n<li>Select Save and Close<\/li>\n<li>Select the Attachments tab at the bottom of the screen and click on the attachment<\/li>\n<li>Select Send from within Actions<\/li>\n<li>Select the Support Group<\/li>\n<li>Tick box Send to selected group or user<\/li>\n<li>Then enter details into the Email Body box<\/li>\n<li>Select Save and Close<\/li>\n<li>Then select Save and Close again to come out of the attachments option<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Scenario 2 (Sending an attachment to a Selected User)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>From within the ticket select \u201cAdd Attachment\u201d within Actions<\/li>\n<li>Give the attachment a title<\/li>\n<li>Browse the file that you would like to attach<\/li>\n<li>Select Save and Close<\/li>\n<li>Select the Attachments tab at the bottom of the screen and click on the attachment<\/li>\n<li>Select Send from within Actions<\/li>\n<li>Enter the users ID<\/li>\n<li>Tick box Send to selected group or user<\/li>\n<li>Then enter details into the Email Body box<\/li>\n<li>Select Save and Close<\/li>\n<li>Then select Save and Close again to come out of the attachments option<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Scenario 3 (Sending an attachment to the Raise User)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>From within the ticket select \u201cAdd Attachment\u201d within Actions<\/li>\n<li>Give the attachment a title<\/li>\n<li>Browse the file that you would like to attach<\/li>\n<li>Select Save and Close<\/li>\n<li>Select the Attachments tab at the bottom of the screen and click on the attachment<\/li>\n<li>Select Send from within Actions<\/li>\n<li>Leave the Group and User blank<\/li>\n<li>Tick box Send to Raise User<\/li>\n<li>Then enter details into the Email Body box<\/li>\n<li>Select Save and Close<\/li>\n<li>Then select Save and Close again to come out of the attachments option<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Scenario 4 (Sending an attachment to the Group and Raise User)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>From within the ticket select \u201cAdd Attachment\u201d within Actions<\/li>\n<li>Give the attachment a title<\/li>\n<li>Browse the file that you would like to attach<\/li>\n<li>Select Save and Close<\/li>\n<li>Select the Attachments tab at the bottom of the screen and click on the attachment<\/li>\n<li>Select Send from within Actions<\/li>\n<li>Select the Group from the drop down<\/li>\n<li>Tick box Send to selected group or user<\/li>\n<li>Tick box Send to Raise User<\/li>\n<li>Then enter details into the Email Body box<\/li>\n<li>Select Save and Close<\/li>\n<li>Then select Save and Close again to come out of the attachments option<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Scenario 5 (Sending an attachment to the Selected User and Raise User)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>From within the ticket select \u201cAdd Attachment\u201d within Actions<\/li>\n<li>Give the attachment a title<\/li>\n<li>Browse the file that you would like to attach<\/li>\n<li>Select Save and Close<\/li>\n<li>Select the Attachments tab at the bottom of the screen and click on the attachment<\/li>\n<li>Select Send from within Actions<\/li>\n<li>Enter the user ID<\/li>\n<li>Tick box Send to selected group or user<\/li>\n<li>Tick box Send to Raise User<\/li>\n<li>Then enter details into the Email Body box<\/li>\n<li>Select Save and Close<\/li>\n<li>Then select Save and Close again to come out of the attachments option<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>PLEASE NOTE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1. The ticket reference number will not automatically be included in the email so it is important to include a meaningful description of the file and why you&#8217;re sending it.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2. You cannot send an attachment to Support Group, Selected User and Raise User at once. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You can now add attachments and send via emails.
