Following recent structure changes, the Service Process team name has changed – we’re now the Service Management Office (SMO).\u00a0 We’ll be focussing more on Service Management best practice – watch out for more information soon.<\/p>\n

Our group email\u00a0has changed\u00a0to NUIT-SMO@ncl.ac.uk (previously NUIT-service-process@ncl.ac.uk).<\/p>\n

Our team filestore will also change from ServiceProcess to SMO – if you have mapped to any of our published information you’ll need to update your mappings.<\/p>\n
