A reflective report on how I completed this assignment.
How I created my site
Firstly I started by setting up all my different pages I did this by clicking onto the dashboard on my site on WordPress and then going down the task bar and clicking on pages then just simply adding new pages and giving them the correct names. The only advanced page I created was with my reviews which I had to create a main page and then within that create two subpages for my reviews although this may sound complicated it was quite easy as WordPress is simple to use. The pages I created were: the about page, report page and the main review page with the two sub review pages.

After this I then went on to edit and develop these pages I did this by clicking on edit and then creating my reviews and adding information onto the other pages such as a brief description about myself which included some personal details and some of my hobbies. After this I started to add images into my reviews to do this I had to create a bibliography and cite the images. This was easy to do as I have been taught how to cite images, websites and books. One thing I did in most of the pages is hyperlink images and sentences to link them with the other pages to allow for faster access around my site. I did this by fiddling around with WordPress which then I eventually found that you can set hyperlinks to images by clicking the hyperlink icon or you can do it when inserting the image to the website. The reason I did this is to allow quick and fast access to the other parts of my blogging website. As well as this I created a link on my reviews to cycle through to the next review and to the previous review.
What I found easy and what I found hard.
As I stated above I found creating subpages and main pages quite easy as well as the development of my site. The main thing I found hard with creating my blog would be the research into the reviews and knowing how to write a review, how I overcome this bridge was by talking to colleagues about the issue and then researching it myself online. After a few hours of research I then started to write up my reviews which I did mainly from my own knowledge of using the two separate sites so I found this fairly easy to do. Although some aspects of writing the review were hard such as finding issues within these websites and applications that have been developed for years to have minimal issues. But I did find issues, for example when writing the review for revision techniques on YouTube the major flaw I found was that it can become very distracting I knew this from my own personal use of YouTube which I do use for revising. As well as this when writing my review on Facebook I found it hard to think of advantages and disadvantages with Facebook the way I overcome this was by simply researching online the advantages and disadvantages of Facebook and then read the article and wrote the main points in my review.
