Interdisciplinarity: Marketing perspectives & health care services

I am a Lecturer in Marketing and my research considers innovation in health care services from the user perspective, especially technology-based self-service like telehealth and mHealth.

Working in this area requires familiarity with different schools of thought. Namely, Philosophy of Science, Science and Technology Studies, Sociology of Health & Illness, Sociology of Professions, Strategic Marketing, Organisational Behaviour, and Consumer Behaviour.

I have been promoting interdisciplinary research in my own small way for a few years now.
