This is a new course to CILIPS and has been versioned for those working in library and information services. The course is broad based and will explore the core conditions that help to promote personal effectiveness in the workplace. Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to consider their own developmental needs. The course will use a range of stimulating materials and experiential approaches to engage participants.
