Customer journeying

Erika will be running Customer Journey Mapping sessions on the mornings and afternoons of 22 & 29 November. Sessions will last around 2hrs 30mins. Several staff have already attended this training but as the Library is trying to encourage this method of measuring customer satisfaction in order to improve services , it would be good to have as many people trained in/and aware of the process as possible. Please could you let me know if you or any of the staff on your section would like to attend a workshop and state the preferred date and time.
