Redundant, Refurbish and Recycle
Workshop on Transferable skills
Wednesday 27th February 2013, 1.15 – 4.30pm
To be held in Room EBA114, Ellison Building, Northumbria University
The future for people with LIS skills is very uncertain in the current climate and many members are rightly concerned about what they might be able to do; what they should do; and what help might be available.

To help members, NECILIP have organised a Workshop with the help of Sue Hill Recruitment to work through some of the issues, give some positive examples and answer the questions you might have.
The presenter will be Donald Lickley:
Donald joined Sue Hill Recruitment two years ago and has over 20 years’ experience in the information world, during which time he has been through contracting out, restructures and redundancy. As well as frontline experience of managing information & library services in a variety of sectors, Donald has a strong background in the management and delivery of HR support and advice, and staff development and training.

This seminar is free to members and space is limited.
