The University Equality & Diversity Team have scheduled another year of Diversity related half-day workshops for managers and staff to implement the Diversity Learning and Development Strategy.
For managers (people with responsibility for other staff:
– Equality and Diversity for Managers 3 Dec, 21 Apr & 3 Jul
– Managing Dignity at Work 21 Oct, 6 Feb & 18Jun
– Managing Disability Awareness into Action
For staff:
– Equality and Diversity for Induction (new staff are
automatically invited every 2 months from 16 September)
– Equality and Diversity for staff (a mix of general E&D and Dignity at Work 12 Nov, 18 Mar & 17 Jun
– Disability Awareness into Action for staff
The Equality and Diversity Web site contains more details of the dates and booking arrangements. There is also a training planner to help people work out which workshop would be suitable for them
