Should serious academic libraries spend time becoming involved with web 2.0 or is it all too trivial to waste time on?
Speakers from Britain Ireland and Holland will present case studies on the use of library 2.0 technologies. In the afternoon Phil Bradley , author of “How to Use Web 2.0 in Your Library” and Gary Horrocks and Nick Wooley of Kings College will lead on the the debate that ‘This house believes that Library 2.0 is a Trivial Pursuit”
This event is free to people whose organisations are members of JIBS and GBP 50 to non members.
