Your ability to establish and build effective relationships is the key skill needed in order to become (almost) brilliant! This is more important than any other single factor.<\/p>\n
This session will begin to introduce you to some techniques which will help you to enhance these abilities and handle a range of interpersonal situations with skill and confidence.<\/p>\n
Techniques will include some basic assertiveness and the impact of positive behaviour, along with learning a little about the communication aspects of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).<\/p>\n
The session will be interactive, and will briefly look at:<\/p>\n
How people behave
\nWhat makes you tick
\nHow to avoid being manipulated by others Some techniques for influencing others<\/p>\n
