Calling all new Library & Information Professionals for presentation proposals for the New Professionals Conference – Monday, 6th July 2009, London
\nMetropolitan University. The conference is organised by the Career Development Group and Diversity Group. <\/p>\n
We invite proposals for contributions from colleagues who have joined the profession, either through work or study, in the last 5 years. First-time presenters, current LIS students and individuals from diverse backgrounds are especially encouraged to apply. There will be a prize for the best paper, as voted for by delegates on the day. A selection of papers will be published in the professional journals. <\/p>\n
