{"id":4105,"date":"2018-06-07T11:14:14","date_gmt":"2018-06-07T10:14:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.ncl.ac.uk\/ltdev\/?p=4105"},"modified":"2021-09-16T15:54:01","modified_gmt":"2021-09-16T14:54:01","slug":"june-2018-learning-and-teaching-newsletter","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.ncl.ac.uk\/ltdev\/2018\/06\/07\/june-2018-learning-and-teaching-newsletter\/","title":{"rendered":"June 2018 Learning and Teaching Newsletter"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong>Information gathering: future demand for online exams and in course tests<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The eAssessment and Feedback Steering Group are currently gathering information about potential demand for online exams and in course tests in the next 5 years.<\/p>\n<p>We are asking all colleagues who are interested in introducing a new online exam (whether for a new module, or a change to assessment method in a current module) to complete <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.ncl.ac.uk\/view.php?id=12967\">a short online form<\/a> for each potential new exam.<\/p>\n<p>The information collected will be used to gauge demand and assist in planning future provision.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h4>Guidelines for Degree Programme Handbooks 2018-19<\/h4>\n<p>The guidelines for degree programme handbooks for 2018\/19 are ready and have been published on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncl.ac.uk\/ltds\/assets\/documents\/2018-19DegreeProgrammeHandbookGuidelines.docx\">LTDS website<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The web pages that hold an electronic alternative to sections of the handbook have also been updated and you can also access these on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncl.ac.uk\/ltds\/governance\/modules\/dph\/\">LTDS website<\/a><\/p>\n<p>There were&nbsp; a number of updates to sections from various contributors.
