{"id":5413,"date":"2020-03-23T10:22:05","date_gmt":"2020-03-23T10:22:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.ncl.ac.uk\/ltdev\/?p=5413"},"modified":"2021-09-16T16:28:44","modified_gmt":"2021-09-16T15:28:44","slug":"education-continuity","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.ncl.ac.uk\/ltdev\/2020\/03\/23\/education-continuity\/","title":{"rendered":"Education Continuity"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A new resource has been created to support colleagues in the move from campus teaching to alternatives&nbsp;in light of&nbsp;the changes to practices due to COVID-19.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/services.ncl.ac.uk\/digitallearning\/educationcontinuity\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Education\nContinuity pages<\/a>&nbsp;of\nthe Digital Learning website&nbsp;provide information, guidance and user guides\nfor colleagues.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\ninformation provided currently covers the key initial considerations for staff\nmaking changes to their modules and&nbsp;programmes, and guidance on&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/services.ncl.ac.uk\/digitallearning\/educationcontinuity\/communication\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">communication<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/services.ncl.ac.uk\/digitallearning\/educationcontinuity\/lectures\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">lectures<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/services.ncl.ac.uk\/digitallearning\/educationcontinuity\/seminars\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">seminars<\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/services.ncl.ac.uk\/digitallearning\/educationcontinuity\/accessibility\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">accessibility<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\u00a0resources will continue to evolve and be added to substantially, so please check back regularly.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/services.ncl.ac.uk\/digitallearning\/educationcontinuity\/support\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">support for remote teaching delivery<\/a>&nbsp;including&nbsp;a\nnumber of&nbsp;daily webinars and a twice daily online drop-in session to get\nreal time help with delivering teaching remotely.
