It is now possible to add non-polling display content directly into your sessions. This includes: text, images, animated GIFs or YouTube videos.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This new functionality can improve the flow of your presentations. The \u2018Presentation Content\u2019 is shared not only in your Present View screen but on every participant&#8217;s device too. Note: Any YouTube Video\/Audio does not show on participants&#8217; devices.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vevox have released this incredibly useful function and will continue to develop its functionality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Updated Present View&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Within the Present View of the Vevox Dashboard, you can now resize fonts without affecting the rest of the display.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.ncl.ac.uk\/ltdev\/files\/2025\/07\/image-3.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"383\" height=\"309\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.ncl.ac.uk\/ltdev\/files\/2025\/07\/image-3.png\" alt=\"A screen shot of the new accessibility function in present view where the font size can be adjusted across 5 different sizes.\" class=\"wp-image-8284\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.ncl.ac.uk\/ltdev\/files\/2025\/07\/image-3.png 383w, https:\/\/blogs.ncl.ac.uk\/ltdev\/files\/2025\/07\/image-3-300x242.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 383px) 100vw, 383px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also display joining instructions, images and QR codes more clearly, with more control over what you display and when.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Polls using images now make better use of space and improve image clarity with a more balanced screen split.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Team Quizzes and Polling improvement in PowerPoint&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>There have also been some updates to the PowerPoint add-in. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vevox.com\/blog\/vevox-product-update-march-2025#Team%20Leaderboards\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Team leaderboards<\/strong><\/a> are now available in PowerPoint, as well as an increased range on numeric polls.
