Major areas of current research include the synthesis and activation of organofluorine compounds for applications in medicinal chemistry and exploring light activation as an enabling tool in organic synthesis. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Formerly at the Freie Universit\u00e4t Berlin in Germany, in November 2021, we moved to Newcastle University in the UK and are now based at the School of Natural and Environmental Sciences. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>More detailed information on our group can be found on the following pages.
