There is support available to you via the following routes:
- SACSwellbeing@newcastle.ac.uk: email the School Student Wellbeing Adviser.
Our adviser should be your first contact with any wellbeing issues, as they deal exclusively with students on our school programmes.
- Your personal tutor: you will find their name and be able to email them using the University app. They are your main personal staff contact throughout your time at Newcastle. Through regular meetings, they should know you, your programme of study, and be able to advise you on a number of matters.
- 24/7 Support: such as TalkCampus, iNCLude.
- Silvercloud Online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT): help to manage stress & anxiety.
- sws.therapyappointments@newcastle.ac.uk: email for the University’s Counselling Service.
- disabilityadvisor@newcastle.ac.uk: email Disability Support for long term mental health, specific learning difficulties & autism spectrum conditions.
- The Student Financial Support Team.
- Postgraduate Support: telephone 0800 030 5182.
If you are unsure which service can help you, you can also phone Student Services on
