In the above circumstance, a student may \u2018self-certify\u2019 their medical condition (using <a href=\"https:\/\/studentportal.ncl.ac.uk\/dashboard\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/studentportal.ncl.ac.uk\/dashboard<\/a>\u00a0and selecting the \u2018My Requests\u2019 , \u2018PECs\u2019 &amp;  \u2018Self-Certification\u2019 tiles) prior to submitting their PEC application.
