Lunchtime Mindfulness


Welcome to the site for mindfulness at Newcastle University!

On this site you will find information on lunchtime drop-in sessions, the new Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) 8-week course, as well as our research into mindfulness and helpful links and resources.

We take a secular approach to our mindfulness sessions and they are open to all staff and students across campus.

From Autumn 2019 the MBSR 8-week course was available primarily for Postgraduate researchers. The course is now open to all staff and students for free. Details of this course and future dates can be found on the MBSR page on this website.
