I just came from three-day residential training focused on personal development through building entrepreneurial capabilities. The training could not have come at a better time just before my Malawi trip. My passion for the research I am undertaking is reinforced as I have explored my capability to innovate and be entrepreneurial to achieve meaningful impact as an innovative researcher, and in my future career as a business owner or employee.
