Newcastle University Technology-Enhanced Learning Advocates (NUTELA) is an academic-led group promoting the use of technology to enhance learning. The group’s focus is\u00a0on providing practical, practitioner informed support and in recent months we have hosted a number of “Pizza Pop and Practice<\/a>”\u00a0lunch time events.<\/p>\n

NUTELA, chaired by Dr Laura Delgaty<\/a>, also holds an annual half-day networking event in which we will award this year’s peer recognition awards<\/a>.<\/p>\n

NUTELA\u00a0grew out of the activities of the\u00a0“UNITE” group which looked at international education.\u00a0 As a result of feedback from UNITE events the group’s remit has evolved to its current focus on technology enhanced learning (TEL).<\/p>\n
