{"id":221,"date":"2015-11-07T09:59:52","date_gmt":"2015-11-07T09:59:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.ncl.ac.uk\/unite\/?p=221"},"modified":"2017-03-22T16:49:29","modified_gmt":"2017-03-22T16:49:29","slug":"inserting-an-office-mix-into-a-blackboard-module","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.ncl.ac.uk\/nutela\/2015\/11\/07\/inserting-an-office-mix-into-a-blackboard-module\/","title":{"rendered":"Inserting an Office Mix into a Blackboard Module"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Follow these steps to use an Office Mix Placement inside a module in Blackboard:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to the module\u00a0you&#8217;d like to use.<\/li>\n<li>In the <strong>Tools<\/strong> menu, select <strong>Office Mix<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>In the<strong> Link Name<\/strong> box, type a name.<\/li>\n<li>Configure any additional settings you&#8217;d like.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Submit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>When you return to the Module, click the item that you just added.<\/li>\n<li>When the item appears, use one of these methods to select a mix:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>By URL:<\/strong> A simple way to select a mix is to visit the Office Mix website, watch a mix, and copy\/paste the URL in the dialog. This method makes it easy to include mixes that have been created by other people.<\/li>\n<li><strong>My Mixes:<\/strong> Select a mix from your <strong>My Mixes<\/strong> page.
