Henny explained how Civil Engineering students are provided with an android tablets and the resulting opportunities and challenges this presents.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.ncl.ac.uk\/nutela\/files\/2015\/01\/NUTELA-Mobile.pdf\">NUTELA-Mobile<\/a>\u00a0(presentation as pdf)<\/p>\n<h2>Parallel session 2: App swap<\/h2>\n<p>In this session, we shared apps used by participants in learning and teaching. See separate\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.ncl.ac.uk\/appswap\/\" target=\"_blank\">App Swap blog<\/a><\/p>\n<p>We also saw the\u00a0<a title=\"VEO\" href=\"https:\/\/itunes.apple.com\/gb\/app\/veo-video-enhanced-observation\/id879990335?mt=8\">VEO (Video Enhanced Observation) app<\/a>\u00a0created in the School of ECLS aiming to facilitate better peer review of teaching and potentially other collaborative and group activity.
