Papers or essays should not exceed 28.000 characters (including spaces) and be written in either English or German.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div>All accepted submissions undergo a review process during which authors work on their papers together with internal reviewers to make sure that they are of publishable quality.
