It&#8217;s being organised by the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.philsoceng.uk\/\">Philosophical Society of England<\/a>, a society devoted to bringing philosophy to an audience beyond the walls of the University,\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncl.ac.uk\/philosophy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Newcastle University<\/a>.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0The idea, in this case, is to introduce members of the public (and, of course, this includes students and anyone else who is interested) to a certain tradition in philosophy that they might not otherwise have had a chance to encounter, so the talks will aim to be very accessible, and to introduce certain strands and thinkers within the French tradition.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Please contact the organiser,\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:michael.bavidge@newcastle.ac.uk\">Michael Bavidge<\/a>, to register your interest in attending.
